Stres je nešto sa čim se svako od vas sreo manje ili više puta u životu.
Često čujete da je stres pomogao da vas imunitet bude narušen i da ste se zbog toga lakše razboleli.
Jedna od definicija kaže da je stres fizička i psihička reakcija organizma na svaki potencijalno štetan faktor. Akutni stres brzo prolazi, međutim, opasno je kada stres postane hroničan i deluje na naše telo, a da mi to ne osećamo, sve dok naše zdravlje nije ozbiljno narušeno.
